My husband and I recently hired one of your agents (Clemmer Moving & Storage, Inc. in Telford PA) to relocate us from Phoenixville PA to Hobe Sound FL. With so much to do and consider, we were naturally anxious and overwhelmed. But from start to finish, the handling and coordination of our move was outstanding. On the day of our move, the moving crew arrived within the defined time window. We were impressed by how personable and conscientious all three individuals were throughout. Gordon Nehora (master mover and driver) was exceptional. He took the utmost care in making sure our belongings were wrapped and ready for the long trip to Florida. Even with significant logistical challenges (a townhome community in PA and a gated community in Florida), Gordon was able to quickly and successfully maneuver the moving truck into position in front of both homes. To us it looked impossible, but his excellent driving skills proved it wasn't. The truck itself was very clean and well-maintained. But to be honest, the primary reason for this letter is how quickly we were reunited with our belongings in Florida. On the day of our mover (June 30th), we had mentioned to Gordon that we were anxious for our belongings since we would be staying at our new home and not in a hotel until they arrived. He responded by moving us up in the schedule and delivering our belongings five days early (July 3rd). Mark and crew moved 26,000 lbs of extremely heavy and bulky furniture and boxes during a 100 degree heat wave. Everyone was very careful to prevent damage to furniture and the house, and everyone was very helpful with moving boxes and furniture to appropriate rooms - even when I changed by mind about what room the item had to be in. (I received the household goods for my sister and her family who were out of town so I was unfamiliar with how large items were or how they would fit in a room and therefore once I was the actual item in place, I frequently had to change direction of where the item had to be placed.) Mark and his crew were always pleasant and courteous and worked extremely hard. All the beds and mirrors were assembled and positioned correctly in the appropriate rooms. A large heavy desk had to be carried back downstairs and repositioned in another room. No on complained about this inconvenience. Heavy file cabinets (filled) were move upstairs. A large and heavy (and extremely expensive) baby grand piano was moved and set up and positioned in room very carefully so that the piano did not get damaged. Care was taken to load the garage and basement in such a way that requested selected items were accessible while also maximizing space efficiency. In my opinion, Mark and his crew far exceeded my expectations. I just wanted to thank you for your assistance in getting us relocated from Easton, PA to Cary, NC. Everything went extremely smoothly. Our driver Gordan was extremely gracious and extremely caring with our packages. From the time he arrived at our home in Easton to the time we parted in Cary he did an outstanding job. I must also commend both his helpers in PA and NC. They all worked together extremely well and made two fantastic teams. Again, thank you very much. Thanks to your team for an easy move; the guys were killers despite the heat, solid wood furniture, lots of books and 16 steps. They kept me well informed of their ETA and kept me apprised of what they were doing during the move. Very consciencious guys. A note for you, you got the job because of the three groups I contacted for an estimate you are the only one to have replied! And you did so quickly for which I thank you. Compliments on great customer service all around, a pleasant change these days!

I just wanted to let you know how happy I was with using your services to move from Newtown Square to Wayne. Sean, John, Ryan (I don't remember the fourth young man), were terrific. I was impressed how they handled my valuables. Not a chip or anything broken and extremely polite even during my procrastination of where to put things in my new home.
